Implayer app for android box or xteve through plex
I do it with Kodi, Simple IPTV Client plugin, and IPTV Recorder plugin.
I have nvidia shield how to record ?
Tvheadend if you are a little tech savy. Otherwise others have posted some good suggestions.
IPTV Extreme Pro or IMPlayer.
iptv extreme pro allows recording, you can also schedule a future recording rather than being limited to recording whats currently on like some other apps
There are iptv apps that allow recording if your device has external storage but you can only record what you are viewing and your app has to be active for timed recordings to work.
Get Plex or Emby, then use xTeve to number your channels like your favorite cable/sat provider. Then put that provider in as the guide provider.
I've always wanted to know how to record via gears reloaded app
imo let someone else do it. buy a plex/emby membership from someone
In smarters pro apk you can record as long as you got enough storage space
Tv-mosaic, emby, jellyfin, plex.... I recommend to use a server application like these, rather than a normal android application like iMplayer.
Adding to this, I have a FireStick 4K, and wasn't sure if this could be done via TiviMate, etc.
+1 for Emby. Does cost extra for Emby premiere though for live tv with DVR functionality.
Better scheduleing, recording format, you dont need to keep the app open to do recording etc...
You can use m3u with tv-mosaic easily.
Yaeh I've been trying to figure this out myself. Using iptv extreme on a 2nd gen firestick with external storage. But not too smooth. Anyone have any ideas with a similar setup?
You can record if you have the right hardware and software combination.
geesh, I wish there were some Options.....
Anyone used gigablue boxes says they have 8 tuners and can record why isnt this listed anywhere? Id of thought it would be a better option but wuite expensive?
To be able to record you would need a working guide EPG right? Most iptv these days dont have epgs working
Nice try FBI......
I record via Formuler Z8 with a hard drive connected to it.
