there has been few updates in last few weeks, make sure you have them installed. If you want to check out another service just to check if its service provider, let me know I can set you a trial
Freezing or buffering is almost never box related. It's either your network or the service itself. If you are connected via Wifi, try hardwiring the box and seeing if that solves the issue. If you are already hardwired, test your speeds directly on the box to make sure you have a good connection.
If everything seems good that way, try another service and see if it's any better. Sometimes a good service won't work well for you because of poor routing. Nothing you can do about it but try other services until you find the right one for you.
