Tried to pay for area 51 via coinbase, but their site had issues taking the payment. Finally decided to just get a visa card from the grocery store, and pay. But my account was terminated. Contacted them, and was told sure you can sign up, but at a rate that's double the old rate. I told them I thought I was grandfathered, they told me that can't change the "system" for payment. Anyone else have this issues with them? Any other decent cheap IPTVs I should be looking at?
Just find someone else. Best way to lose customers? Make your service only accessible via their crappy APP.
I signed up with them last week. Was double charged with a payment going to two different email addresses. Sent them an email and nothing for a week. So I filed a complaint with PayPal and Area51 suspended my account. They can take that $11 and shove it. Also, their new app sucks.

they are the worst. god how many people did they screw that bought panels from them? I know folks they just blow off and screw over including the customers they serviced. what is funny is I'm told they had tried to resolve stuff and the account they had on the actual website had been deleted. they created a new account, submitted a support ticket and before it was answered the new account was deleted so apparently they are not taking new customers, new questions, problems, dealing with panel access issues and fielding a boatload of complaints about double charges which led to this billing change.
