Like written before. There are quite a few providers who do not want to be so public.
Read up on subjects like .m3u, .xmltv, smart-tv, settop boxes, proprietary apps etc.
Basically you’ll need a subscription with a provider and a device to receive an incoming internet tv-stream and convert it to an outgoing format that can be played on TV.
Essentially nowadays most providers have made it as easy as possible by providing their own apps.
So it really is quite simple for a novice.
Find a provider you want to try (though avoid anyone on reddit trying to flog you a package like the plague as they're usually all terrible despite their claims they are the best in the business)
Try a free trial if possible and generally always try to stick to 1 month subs, 3 months max and that would only be if the savings are worth it. Bear in mind iptv groups go under regularly and without any warning, quite a few people have been burnt paying for an annual sub cos its the best value for money only for the operator to do a runner after a montrh or two and taking everyone's money.
When you have joined a service, download their app and install it on whatever device you have (Fire Stick 4k is a popular, affordable choice with a Nvidia Shield being probably the best in terms of performance and its abilitiea as a full blown android box) and sign in using your username and password that are provided to you when signing up.
There really isn't a dummies guide as such just because there's so much variety and so many ways to do it. But for a novice this is probably the simplest and most basic way of trying it out and seeing if it's for you.
Also, if you're in a country which cares about piracy - UK, USA, etc get a decent VPN.
You haven't googled enough. Plenty of info out there many choices. Gotta put the time in to figure it out yourself . not to sound abrasive . been at it a while myself. Google and YouTube
I was the same, didn't have a clue on what to do, how to set up etc... then I found Trojan TV... the guys there are great, they have pictured tutorials on how to set almost anything up... plus they'll talk you through the whole process...

If you want IPTV for dummies, read the FAQ and ask questions.
There’s tons of us, myself included, who were at one point completely novice in our understand of software, terminology, hardware, and how everything comes together.
This is a great and helpful sub for the most part, so ask questions and you’ll get help.
Do not give anyone any money until you get a trial, and never sign up for a year sub.
Easiest way is always vlc drag and drop on a m3u list. Try it with something like fluxus which is free.

Just Google and read some posts on Reddit. It's not complicated at all.
There is no such thing. The type of iptv found around here is illegal in most first world countries and as such it tries to stay under the radar as much as possible.
