I understand there aren't any IPTV providers that have true 4K content, but if IPTV isn't an option, then do I have any other options to get NHL in 4K?
TIA

You'd be hard pressed to find live 4k content on cable or satellite. Bell fibe and a few other canadian companies have maybe four 4k sports channels. Telus has a few also. Not sure about U.S. providers.
To be blunt NO. Some games might be if TSN or Rogers do it in 4k but you will need that feed. Even game center is only 1080, and you can get r/lazyman for that
Directv has awesome 4k hdr sports and it is raw feeds too. I loved it when I had it but too much with the exchange rate
Yes cable tv or satellite
