Lucky for you I know he lives deep within the Amazon rainforest in a tree with a monkey named Rafiki. Follow the trail of painted coconuts to the learning tree. There you will find all the answers you seek.
At the very top is internet, below that on the hierarchy is device (FireStick, AndroidBox etc), then you have TV set. Finally you have what’s called “remote control”. It’s all very efficient.

I'm sorry I guess I did sound a little FBI ish...I was just wondering why the big price range and quality for what seems to be the same thing. I was just wondering if resellers have hard and software which adds to the degradation of streams whereas if obtained from someone higher up the chain quality would be better.
