I'd go with something like that. after the transaction is done, freeze or delete the card, rinse and repeat.
If you're doing this bc of fears that the FBI or someone is gonna kick down your door and arrest you, you shouldn't worry. Its really not worth their time/money to go after end users. They normally go after the big fish running the show, to shut them down. Mainly the people that are profiting monetarily from the business.
I read that tumbled bitcoins are anonymous but I'm not an expert.

I guess another option would be to pay with something like a PayPal gift card or Amazon gift card. They can be bought with cash at any big store.

Find a provider like me who doesn't advertise everywhere and only accepts people who are recommended by others already customers.
