I’m having the same issue with my iptv. We need to change the portal url but I don’t have any updated url.

Try changing your DNS

Interestingly the portal URL is working today, if it doesn't change your router DNS to Google DNS, it works

Also, they have new URL anyway

Are you looking for a new IPTV provider? I only know how to do it based on a video from YouTube. The videos are better at explaining it
