I joined almost 2 years ago, and the difference between ULTV and others, is REAL customer service. The Owner has real integrity and cares about his people. He didn't fly away when the xc debacle happened, and always tries to make good on his word. Those are the makings of a good service.
I have tested his service, amazingly fast response time, most channels are 1280x720 at 30 frames per second. Customer service is kind.

Customer Service .. Customer Service .. they've got it. During that whole IPTV blowup they were there for us and continue to be there for us today. Quick to look into any issues and take care of it. Helpful with apk setups and the discord group is poilet and friendly .. we all seem to get along and if the admins are busy there is always someone willing to jump in and help out. That's my 2 plus cents.
I had to switch from a recently shut down service. I was with that old service for a couple of years with no issues, despite not having any advanced knowledge of this topic. I tried a trial of ULTV366 and a separate that used its own guide. I set this up with TiviMate. The whole process was super easy. I found everything I need, and then some. Switching from the old service with that flashy gentleman with cars and chains to this one was smooth and I have similar options, only better. I had a few ?s during setup and went to live chat, remember I am somewhat of a newbie, googan, or weekend warrior when it comes to IPTV. It was 8 am on a Saturday (EST) and I got immediate responses and set up. I immediately upgraded to a monthly package. So far so good, we will see how the month goes. So, if you find yourself in a similar category as me (basically not knowing what to do and surfing Reddit for solutions to Omar), this will do it. I give 5/5 stars so far, but remember it's day 1. If it ends up not working then I am only out $25, NBD. I 'm sure there are cheaper. I have a 2 day trial of a very cheap one, but I don't like it or the built-in guide. This one is cheaper than the old one, so it's a win no matter what. GO FOR IT.

So far the service has been great. I use it mostly for the sports portion, but it really is great. Every single game.
I’ve been on the service for about 2 days now plus a trial.
The web player is really good and they support both m3u and m3u8 lists. The website is professional, easy to use, and doesn’t look “cheap” like other services.
The channel stability is very good! There were a couple of local channels that I noticed wouldn’t load for me.
Can I say that the channels are perfect? No!
What I will say is that the support is top notch. I’ve joined their discord and watched the people who had a problem and the insanely fast response times.
I’m impressed and will for sure recommend to my friends this service.
I have ultv336, everything ran smoothly until the later games. It would not play the 49ers vs Packers it just kept freezing then I tried watching the WWE PPV that kept freezing and repeating itself every 2 mins..
Not fair for me to say anything...however....imo

The service has been great for me. The entire staff have been more than helpful on any issue or question I've had. Great epg and sports sections! They definitely put their customers first and make sure our streams are good to go at all hours of the day/night....idk how they have a social life.
