I have 2 subs , 1- CloudsPal & a backup with helix
3 days and no conx from helix , there website does not open and there twitter account went to 0 posts .
any ideas whats going on ? my CloudsPal sub is working gr8 but i already paid 6 months for helix to have them as a backup
No issues with helix for the past couple of weeks.
Even NFL on Sunday and Monday has been flawless for me.
Helix is up and working fine for me. Is your subscription direct with them or through a reseller? If it's through a reseller then the issue is probably with the reseller's link.
The Twitter account CLEARLY states that they are now on telegram and even gave you the link,not once but twice. Helix has been fine all week.
Helix has gone to crap lately but it's working tonight.
Helix up fine, been improving as of late at least what I've noticed on my side.

I have helix though a reseller and it’s working fine.
Did they ever fix the Visa thing? If so maybe I will sign back up.
