Best VPN for Canada

Hi guys, thank you for reading! Please don't refer me to privacytools.io (love them!) because it made my head dizzy trying to figure out which one I should go with.

I got a notice from my ISP and want a secure VPN service to use as well as tell my friends to use. I am using a Fire stick and BuzzTV box at home, with a MAG at my parent's house.

I'm seeing NordVPN , PrivateInternetAccess (PIA) and ExpressVPN being mentioned a lot.

Are these the ones to go with that are free from 5 eyes, etc...?

I really appreciate any feedback from anyone. Your experience or news articles are welcomed.
