Been looking online for some solution to a painfully slow loading of channels on my Smartiptv.
it takes 1 full minute to load before I can select any channel (tried it on two iptv providers), it was faster in the first few months, not sure if there is anything I could do to fix that, Im using a Samsung smart tv (netflix, amazon, plex load instantly)
You are reloading all channels each time you start the app. As the channel list gets longer (when new channels are added), it takes longer and longer for Smart IPTV to load. The solution is to go into settings and select "Manual" for reloading channels. Then only do a manual reload when you want to "rescan."
Ur playlist is too big thats why it takes longer. If u are using a url for the playlist I would suggest to go for a playlist from a file instead and remove the channels from the list that u wont watch specially long list of vods. Removing vod will cut ur list to 2-3 mb and upload to smartiptv site and it will load quickly. I do this myself on samsungtv
Smart tvs do not have the cpu or ram to give you the best iptv experience. Even a new firestick will give you a much better experience.
