LOL do you mean restream ? you will be so verry banned from your provider , when i signed up to my current provider iptv007 they had a very big alert at the bottom of the welcome email

You'll need to capture the specific channel you want with something like OBS then stream it to something like a private YouTube stream and then you'll need to embed the stream on your website. That's the simplest way but also if your stream finds out, ban. If YouTube finds out,ban. If your webhost finds out, ban. And if your website isn't made using anonymous payment sources and fake registration information you could face dcma charges.
