I have no idea but as of now, i can't use any of my iptv app via firestick but on my android phone with the same network it plays fine. What should I do? Please don't ask me to get a new device as I'm hoping to solve this issue while using the fire stick.

What's the app? Are you using a VPN on your Firestick? Are you using a VPN on your phone? If so on both, then are you connecting to the same servers. If any of these things are different replicate on your Firestick.

I just got a new firestick and its plugged into the usb port on my tv for power and works fine. Im am only using usb to confirm if it will work that way. But would recommend you plug it in to the power supply that comes with it.

Yeah sounds like you have to contact the provider and give them the mac address of the fire tv stick and maybe clear cache for the app and log back into again.
