New to IPTV. I have sapphire secure. The guide never has most listings. Is there a way I can fix this?

Their EPG is down atm. I asked about it on their telegram support and was told that they are dealing with more important things right now. Their ability to accept credit cards is down right now, so they are focusing on that at this point. I still have them, but have moved onto other providers for my main and backup.
