Why is STBEmu picture quality superior to any other IPTV app?

Out of curiosity I gave STB Emu a try, and I have to say that picture quality is incredible! Even 720p streams look super smooth and sharp, way better than in any other app, using same list and same device. Is it the player they're using, decoder or something else? And is there any way to use that player as an external player in some other app?

I had STB Emu recommended to me the other day, but info on it seems thin on the ground. Also, as I can’t stand ads I’d prefer the paid version but all links to that appear to be dead, at least on Play and Aptoide...

I wouldn't say the picture quality is better. I do much prefer the app layout to almost anything else though.

You can't really compare the picture in stbemu to other IPTV apps, because they don't support the protocol stbemu is, er, emulating. (Unless I'm mistaken, don't really use stalker portal)

It could be that the IPTV provider using stalker just has higher quality streams than other IPTV providers you are comparing it to

Only Infomir MAG 256 and up has superb video qualiry. Im using STB & Smart IPTV on Smart Tv. Stb, Gse, IPTV smarters on Android.Kodi on Mac book. And Xtream on Enigma2/. Motor 1.00m dish.and card sharing.

  1. Notging beats Sat resievers and card sharing. I use it since 1995 with card emulators and later with card sharing. The quality on sat is stil best and none IPTV can come even close. 2.IPTV is best on MAG (only runing on Linux) I have no expreience with new Android mag. 3.All others apps runing on iOS Windows, Apple are ok, but not even close to the ones I mentioned. I like most IPTV smarters. Not for rhe quality, bit the functionality. Yes, todays IPTV is easy to get everywhere, on any devise, but.... I m not agree about the quality. As an IPTV seller I must have all gear to suport my customers.But, the real quality is stil the satelite and card sharing. And you can do it even wirh 1/0.5 mbps netspeed. Im paying 120€/month for 1000/1000mbps in Norway. If I didn ran IPTV service, I`ll never in the world wil pay that to watch IPTV. As I say, card sharing runs even on 1/0.5mbps... IPTV has still miles to go.... Maybe one day the quality will be equal to sat. But not yet. Im runing a sound srudio too. With lots of 70s and 80 gear in it. Real hardware. I have the same gear emulated as plugins too. Do you think they sound the same? Dream on! None plugin could ever sound as my 1954 Hammond C3. Never, ever!!! You get the picture now? None IPTV app or emularor can be better than the original. Everything is compromised. Becouse is practicle, and easy to use. But it is not better. But let us hope..... 😊
