Hello all! I bought a TVIP 605 yesterday and the TV channels experience is great, no lag etc. But the 4K VOD and the 1080p movies is mini stuttering. When i play the same movie through Smart IPTV on my LG TV, it runs smoothly. I've tried to change HDMI Auto Framerate to ON and it doesnt help.
Need help to solve this.. anyone with a suggestion? Did factory reset etc.
Your device is using the MAG portal and nothing else, which means is pretty much limited.
If 4K VOD is not working smooth, you cannot improve it, 'cos you cannot test with different players.
It's possible those VOD 4K films to have very high bitrate and your device cannot handle it properly.
In that case, the only solution will be buy a better device.
4k is a very open term on what its bitrate is for vod.
True should be 60+ then depending on your line as well as the servers supply it can saturate quickly.
Did you try to increase the buffer?
