How do I access my IPTV from laptop instead of the set box? Global media box

I have a Global Media box with IPTV. Is it possible to access this iptv on my laptop or create a playlist off it?

Some iptv services have a web player option.  You'll just need to find a service that has that option or put the m3u link in Vlc media player.
