I'm direct with them and their renewal is super easy. Put in a ticket about it. Remember it's a holiday wknd so chances are they are spending time with their families so it could take a bit longer to get things resolved. They usually send out a renewal notice like two weeks in advance, I just pay it right away to avoid problems.

Never had a problem with them at all. This isn't their support forum, why don't you raise a ticket or message them directly rather than putting them on blast on a holiday?
