Helix is dogshit. Stopped using them a couple months ago...was fed up with the constant buffering, “rebooting server” bullshit excuses, and them trolling their cusomters on Twitter.
buffers for me every 1-10 minutes. frustrating. support is worthless. takes hours to reply and then just says reboot router. well no shit. like i didn't try that before a ticket? i've got 15 tickets for stuttering.
i just want to watch NBA and NFL. nothing else. recommened a better service? crackstreams seems to work the best honestly!
