Your service either expired or the provider might have given you trial account in both cases ask your provider to check....or if you wanted to check nee service PM me

I had hit up my provider because I was having this same problem last week. He told me it's a leftover issue from the European meltdown a few months ago,& that MAC addresses are static and have portal url that can be captured and quickly blocked. For this reason, the Hollywood industry and law enforcement have cracked the MAC address option. So yeah, this might be your problem more than likely & if your provider confirms this,then he should issue you an M3U line since those can be changed daily if necessary. Hope this helps

This happened to me with my current provider cloudspal , simply contact them and they will add again your MAC this what happened in my case for some reason my MAC was removed from there server or blocked
it looks like your sub may have expired. Also check on portal address, is this on PC?
