I went to tune up a box for my friend. I knew he had IPTV,.so I get there and he's using smarters ?which I hate.personally but anyway), he is not tech savvy at all. He has no idea who he bought off of and can't remember the name. .I found the portal url, it's iptvuk.ninja:8080 , when I google it it comes up to Ninja IPTV, however the url.listed n their website is totally different than what I entered. Just trying to figure out who the provider is so we can extend his sub, if not I guess he will need a new server. Anyone ?

When is it due for renewal? Maybe the reseller will contact him at that time to renew. That's what I do 5 days before expiry date.

So a quick search for the URL you provided, there's one hit. Using the info provided on that page, I was able to reverse engineer the URL...

http://iptvuk.ninja:8080/get.php?username=XXXXXX&password=XXXXXXX&type=m3u&output=ts

Using the same info, I was able to successfully log into the GSE IPTV app, using the short URL and entering the UserID and Password.

I have never used Tivimate but I am going to guess that it could be possible to do what you were asking below.

It's been my opinion that non tech savvy people should not be using underground IPTV services at all. If they want to use IPTV they need to take the time and effort to know what they're doing. If they don't want to do that then screw 'em.
