The channels or VOD themselves work fine..no issue. It's only the left part of the menu is always cut off. I'm using this on a Firestick. Any help would be appreciated!
What is the application?
What android device are you using? If you are using Firestick you may have to look around for a screen size percentage thingy

It's your tvs overscan setting.
Change aspect ratio from 16:9 to 'just scan' or 'original'.
As you are using a firestick, you may need to change the aspect ratio in the firestick settings rather than the tv itself.
Give both a try.
