IPTV freezes on launching LG

Question

Hey I got IPTV for about a month and it has been working fine. But since 3 or 4 days ago the app just freezes when I try to open it. It stays stuck on the logo and doesn't load from there. I've tried to press the right button 4 or 5 times to reset it but it doesn't seem to work on my LG. Also I've tried to set IPv6 to off and didn't work either. Has it happen to anyone? cheers

Something similar happened to me.. is it the smart iptv app? I had to delete and reinstall to get back on.

Uninstall the app,  power off the tv, pullout the power cord for 5 mins then power up and install the app, see if that works
