You could just cast the entire page or phone screen.
If you have an M3U provider, Web Video Caster will be your best bet. You can also just use VLC on your PC and change the renderer to your chromecast.
Chromecast is nothing but a pain in the ass..just get a firestick 4k
I've been using iptv extreme and its been faultless for me, no issues on casting, plus can also then use at friends houses when out n about or even at work :)

Don't do it. Chromecast doesn't have a lot of codecs and your find it unreliable.
Get a 4K stick you won't look back.
