I have a subscription to a high quality IPTV service.
When watching on Tivimate even on HD and 25 fps the picture appears to be perfect. When watching the same service on smarters a lot of it is blocky, so on sports the grass is made up of a few areas of different shades of green, ( its almost as if its the picture has been over compressed down ) rather than a quality picture.
Is this to be expected, I would appreciate any comments or ideas please.
I noticed this too. I'm trying out OTT and tivimate. Tivimate seems to be a little clearer, but I hate the UI of the app. OTT is a little less clear on the channels, but I really like how the controls are much better thought out.
