Clearing cache on Smarters desktop app

Hi guys,

I'm getting the 'playback error, reconnects 5s (*/5)' error followed by 'Sorry this video cannot be played'. From some searching it appears that clearing the cache is the best way of fixing this but I cannot fathom how to do this with the desktop app. Could anyone enlighten me?

If you're getting that error, its from your providers stream being down.

Smarters windows app sucks. Use myiptv or best iptv players.

On Mac use GSE Smart IPTV.
