Don't pay him for being stupid. He did this to himself and now he's trying to scare you into giving him money. The way he's behaving there's no way he's getting a favorable ruling in court even if he makes it that far anyway. Guy literally filmed himself saying he sells something illegal and got tons of views on it, and has filmed himself saying he was warned by Nagrastar several times and told them to fuck off. He's been advised by his lawyers...the same lawyers he wants you to pay for...to stop making videos. His response "fuck it, whatever" as he said in his latest live stream.

If you paid him using PayPal you should really evaluate your own efforts to protect yourself and if you were a customer of his I hope you use a different method of payment for your next seller so you don't implicate them too.

Ok, what stops this dude from pocketing the $250,000 and pay DISH the $3,500 he keeps talking about and just agrees to not resell IPTV anymore in the future? And, how do we know that he does not give DISH the customer names they want anyway and just pockets any money he gets without going to court? The whole thing seems like a scam. Besides, threatening that he would hand over the names if he does not get that money is shitty extortion.

When IKS was all the rage they did the same thing when they busted resellers, usually the resellers complied and DISH would send some people $3000 demand letters or threaten to sue them in court for as much as $10k plus court costs.

Ive always wondered where the master stream was. Are there more than one top level provider? How how does boom get the streams in the first place?
