I've never used these services, other than 1 for a trial I wasn't super impressed with, but I've used several others...and you're right that the admins/support for a lot of the iptv services are total divas who'll find every way possible to not admit fault and have a total DGAF attitude. They act like all their subscribers are idiots, and a lot of them are, but not all of us. Some of us know what we're doing and know when the problem is on their end.

I know their job is frustrating, but it pisses me off seeing the way they treat people in chat sometimes for trying to fix the "premium" service that they paid for. Some hide behind the excuse that "it's cheap, what do you expect", but when you charge people for a service, make it work properly and don't act like you're not making big bucks. End rant.

I got blocked from stream for us discord too. I don’t know why. When I asked, I was ignored. I agree that streams for us has terrible customer service. God forbid you ask a question or report an issue lol.

Why are you buying year subs??? That's the first cardinal mistake. We are specifically advised against this foolhardy practice.

As someone who was subbed to NeuMedia I agree that their customer support at least on their discord, some woman I am assuming based on persons screen name is absolutely horrific. She is absolutely very harsh on people asking simple questions related to service.

Thankfully I paid for that service through PayPal so getting my money back was extremely easy.

I implore anyone that may be thinking of using neumedia, don’t quite simply put if you expect friendly customer service.

At least now you (and we) know which services never to use, that in itself is money well spent thanks to them...

Why include thunder. Their support is some of the best ive seen. Thier streams are solid also. However, I agree you admins get pretty touchy lol.

Lol. I have Thunder Tv and they have the best support I've had from any other service. And I've had many services.

There’s nothing wrong with NeuMedia. They are a cheap service that is fairly reliable for the price. I know they really worked hard after the Xtreme Codes debacle and constantly updated their progress in the Discord group. My experience with IPTV clearly shows complaints usually come from clients that (1) Don’t know what the hell they are doing (2) Expect Cable TV quality (this is IPTV folks!)...Service gets disrupted!!!(3) Are using an inferior product like a Firestick or cheap Chinese box or (4) their internet sucks....

When a flight-by-night IPTV Service rips you off...that’s one thing..... When a client gets pissy about something that is out of the providers control...that’s something totally different.

And to do the PayPal reversal dance is wrong in these cases and puts this provider in a bad light which I don’t think is fair.

Just my personal opinion but I truly support NeuMedia.

Have had no major issues but the obvious with any IPTV provider.

Specsnow is an idiot. I agree with the other two guys. If one service has the best support. Then the other two is a rebrand of them. It's your fault you bought 3 of the same content providers. Dumbass!

UPDATE: I assume they saw this post because now my subs have been terminated although they had time left. One was good until March 2020 and the other until July 2020. No refunds or notification of any kind but I see them terminated when I log in to the portal and they don't work at all anymore. What a terrible set of providers. Don't waste your money like I did.

You got banned by streams for US before Neu Media.

They may be the same service BUT the mods and the owners are not.

I can definitely vouch for that.

Imagine 2 or possibly 3 services banned you... it might be u not them.

Resellers are allowed to fire customer when they abuse the mods or rules.

You are going around bashing the service when again I know for a fact that you were being helped by at least one Mod to find a solution... VPN that worked for you.

Instead you kept complaining that your IP was banned purposely, which I know it was not.

If your IP was banned it could have been a system fault. Almost everyone is using XC reborn. (Nulled XC) which a group of talented programmers are modifying to help the industry but it's still a little buggy.

Also if they wanted to cut your service off it would have been MUCH easier to delete you from panel rather than block your IP which again means user or system fault.

You could have just used a VPN like u were asked to until the issued could have been investigated but NO u were bashing the service on it's own discord

Not sure why S4US booted you weeks earlier but probably same reason.

Good luck on your search for the flawless IPTV service that's $7 a month and definitely Good luck to the new provider that will accept you as a client.

The Mods helped you by telling you to use a VPN since they do not have access to the XC panel.

The issue would have been investigated by the people who actually run it but you did not give them a chance.

You were ONLY kicked from discord for stirring up crap about your IP being banned and in the wrong channels to boot.

Lastly you  were  NEVER cut off from the service and you STILL have an active account if you use a VPN.

Even though you started a bunch of Reddits complaining about how u were abused and making the service look bad due to your impatience the owners are still honoring their commitment to you imagine that.

The DISCORD  ban could have been a temporary one but you were relentless.

They absolutely are not terrible. Fair price, above average service, nearly perfect uptime, responsive customer support. One of the best overall providers I've used. 7+ day catch-up on most US/CAN/UK channels. I've been with them longer than anyone else. A reseller of theirs was the first service I used, and I've been with them ever since (6+ months).

This review is straight up libel. Go ahead, search my handle in here. You won't find any suspect posts.

Don't EVER buy from a reseller, ever. Why? They don't control the service, or the servers. What they really are is protection for the people that DO control the service. The re-sellers will get raided first. They are the ones doing all the advertising, making special offers, etc.

I have subscribed to Neumedia since March and haven't had any major issues. They are one of the better low-cost IPTV services in my experience.

You should have tried a VPN.

Thunder ⚡ and streams for us are different. Thunder ⚡ is a much better service. Streams for us sucks I had both services
