There is a free list with locals and Pluto tv on GitHub if you google.it. it has links from all over the world. If you want real tv you have to pay
if you are looking for good and legal service you need to pay for it.
i'm using service called oceaniptv.net and i can´t complain. i know they are not the cheapest but they are stable.
but if you are just looking for streams or something like that i would use the mobdro app.
