Hi guys looking for help... I have and old mag254 and all the sudden start to act up. When I select a channel take Sometime 20 mins an hour to start to play the channel... It's wired and I have other 2 boxes without issues

Informir are blocking iptv servers. Get a descent android box.
As said just do the factory reset and then try if the problem still there then try other service on it then you may know the cause
Infomir is activity starting to, and have released statements saying they are going to block IPTV services on their boxes through firmware updates.
Ditch the Mag box and upgrade to a better IPTV would be my advice.
I ditched mine a year and a half ago to an Nvidia Shield TV and was blown away.
