i got tired from them, most providers recovered way back and they are still suffering ! used to be with them for the last 1.5 years but now i moved to iptv007 much better , stable and good quality , as i mentioned most providers recovered and helix still suffering
I mean frankly if you didnt take warning from their slow response to the whole takedown fiasco, arrogant customer service and lack of communication then you sort of came looking for this.
The majority left at least a month or two ago.
Regardless, being hacked is not cool and hope the data is safe.
I signed up for this last at the beginning of the week . It is buffering like hell. No wonder they were not offering 24 hour trials. That was a waste of money will now look for another provider

Goodbye helix for me since 3 month ! i switch to iptv007 after helix started to fall apart , me and my friends suffered from helix services ! now my provider is doing gr8 hope they stay like this
All channels are working this morning, I'm in the UK

I reset mine and worked for a while but then screwed up a few days ago
I just checked my Visa account and after them not accepting visa for the longest time I see 2 charges on my card on dec 3 from "the players lounge" for the exact same cost as my Helix services. Only thing is I paid with MasterCard last month... Just spoke with a friend and he has the same charges and weird merchant name.
