Are the subs you're having issues with MAG/MAC based (versus M3U)? Favourites for a MAG sub are handled at the providers end, whereas favourites for M3U are handled locally on the box.
What i mean is that for MAG, the formuler sends a signal to provider saying 'hey, the user wants this channel to be a favourite'
Favorites on portal are not saved on the device. Use blue button to remove the yellow 🌟 from channel list or do it via an stb emu
Both are connected by MAC - I just think it’s strange that it’s happening with two different suppliers
Are you not able to use blue button on remote? You may delete portal or app data/cache
