I currently use them, they went off air on the day of the hack and back up now, but their websites not reachable.
My subs expire tomorrow /in the next couple of days.
If someone knows or if they are reading ping me a message.

Out of curiosity, did the hacker ever publish any details as I have not seen anything since all the article about the hack?
They took down all of their social medias and as far as I know no further update from them has been issued and nobody has been able to make contact with them, so if your sub is about to expire then you should probably be looking around for another service.
My service is working and I have a few more weeks before my sub expires. But the fact that they aren't even communicating via telegram speaks volumes here. They are done in my opinion.
It doesn't seem Helix is hiding. They're keeping up the customer's services that followed the directions they gave out. Sure the websites are down. The Twitter is down and we have no way to contact them, but they do have a way to inform us. When or if they choose too.
This so called "hack" has no purpose other then to rake Helix thru the coals to chip away at there subscriber base IMO. It probably was done in house, i don't really know or care.
Every iptv subscriber should have a separate back up anyways. If helix does go away eventually. So be it, regardless of the complaints on here. I found them being more reliable after xtreme codes thing happen.
Yup the same ppl that were running Helix were the same ppl running Fab I posted to stay away from those crooks. They did the same to use shut down all social media and discord one day to the next. Part of the IPTV life
My sub was due to end during the outage. It is now up and running but I haven't renewed...a bit strange tbh.
Any alternative IPTV service that can closely match Helix in terms of international tv coverage? Interested in other European channels, especially Irish and Italian tv channels. Sports not essential

I think I joined at the perfect time. I know for a fact I paid for 1 month of triple helix. That was about 3 weeks before this big hack. I paid with bitcoin so they have no account info or anything to take of mine.....
And yet this system has been working flawlessly and free of charge the entire time. Still get new EPG updates, PPV, adult, sports packages, everything. And haven’t paid a cent since. And like everyone is saying, my sub says unlimited.
I’d just like to know what could possibly go wrong here. I mean someone is keeping this afloat for free. Whatever they wanted to hack and steal is already stolen. Why exactly should I start paying for another also illegal service when this is now free to use?
Switched to prime from a helix reseller a couple months ago. Service was getting worse
I have loved Helix since day 1 nearly eight months ago, even when the service was iffy the last couple months I couldn't find a way to leave, but their silence on this matter is really shady. I hate to say it but I've started looking for a new service. I don't even know who can deliver like Helix.
I am watching helix now, they did force you to grab a new password before the breach. My guess they will be back, why keep streaming if not?
Ah, I see. Still... That’s double the price from bit media. Bit media has a 24/7 Discord for support, which should cover 90% of issues. They are generally knowledgeable and helpful. Not sure about that .darkstore reseller but I am good w this one.

Being Hacked is one thing, ongoing lack of communication is another. Its now days since the hacked message appeared and no communication to their customers. How long does it take to set up another Telegram account?, reactivate their old twitter? or post a message on here?. At this point I would be assuming that their sites are not coming back and planning accordingly, as eventually your sub will expire, and you have no way of renewing. So now, would be a good time to start taking out trials with other services, so that you have a back up that you are happy with, if they are still down when your current sub expires. Problem solved.
There's thousands of services out there! Time to move the hell on...

I haven't turned on my TV in the spare room since the mcgregor fight, which was a few weeks ago. My subscription should be up a month now and still working fine. Very odd. Is there any risk to keep using it?
I would also like a recommendation or referral to another reliable service. Im in the US and was using Gears forever until it went off. Signed up with Helix on the 6th unfortunately, so my service is ok for a little bit. I do need 3 connections though for a reasonable price and also like a large variety of channels. I just renewed with helix in October, six months with two connections. Never heard a peep from them and no service for over a week now. Not a happy camper!
