That sure seems a lot harder than downloading what you want via torrents.
wget, using the link from m3u playlist.
Try IPTV Extreme app from play store.
It's easy.
Use VLC - open - Network stream
Paste m3u - search for VOD.
Play it then right click and select stream? (I think maybe wrong) , copy and paste the URL in your browser and it will download.
Theres an app out there that records. Gse iptv lets you record from the app. I know it takes m3u code and very easy to install and use. Try that pal. Good luck...
