Hi guys, hopefully someone can advise here. So a family member bought the LG 43UM7450PLA. All good, nice set for price.

I tried to install various IPTV applications (Smart IPTV, SS IPTV, STB EMU, etc etc) and it takes ages to connect to the stream. Nearly 2 minutes. I thought it was due to the size of the .m3u , so I made an edited version with around 8 channels... same problem. I did most of the test with Smart IPTV, but seems all applications have the same issue.

I was hoping to avoid purchasing a box and just use a nice app. Quite amazed at the problem.

Here's the link to the model of TV https://www.lg.com/uk/tvs/lg-43UM7450PLA and FYI the internet connection is rock solid, 300Mbps down, 32Mbps up. DNS is set to cloudflare 1.1.1.1 , 1.0.0.1 also all updates have been done for webOS, none available now.

I've tested on the same internet connection the .m3u file in VLC, I can stream perfectly, and channel hopping is lighting fast.
