I use xteve. It can combine / consolidate multiple "links" and output one "link" to feed into TiviMate. It can also curate and manage EPG as well.
maybe post the links here and we'll make you the m3u.
If you're still running into issues trying to merge all three playlists, you can just for over a few dollars to xtream-editor.com and use their service to combine them easily
I use this one https://m3u4u.com it is free and also it has EPG.
You can edit the playlist with win notepad.
