Still having trouble creating my 1st m3u playlist...

by LuigiBull28

I've coped the contests of the 3 m3u8 files I have (which are just 3 channels) and pasted them into a new text file then chamged extension to .m3u but nothing works.... Any IPTV app I try to load the m3u onto just keeps spitting out 60 different things when it's supposed to only be 3 channels.....

If anyone can help a dummy out I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm just trying to get 3 local channels onto Tivimate so I don't have to use a browser to stream them.

Good luck to anyone trying to help this person.

Using this file as the map, please follow along.

"#EXTM3U" is the reguired first line.

Then, each channel's info is spread across two lines, the first starting with "#EXTINF".

Have you offered to send a copy of the files or at least sections of them to someone. Or give examples of what each file has in them and or your finished file?

GYFHAS

Convert the m3u8 file to an m3u file and edit the m3u file.
