Question about IP locks (streaming same service on two TVs in the same house)

Does the IP lock just stop you from streaming on two TVs at the same time ?

Could you have your same service on two TVs, but just use one at a time? Could this get you in trouble?

Multi-connections allows you to stream on multiple TVs. IP lock is when you have multi-connection and trying to stream on multiple different IPs, like different locations, it will not let you if there is an IP lock.

I believe ip lock applies on the first device you are logged on, any other device wouldn't be able to steam unless have multi connection.
