Open the IPTV app go into settings look at the server url and report back
I wouldn't worry too much about who it is. Once it expires, just pick up another one

What's the name of your IPTV app? If you are using a rebranded app from your reseller the name may be an indicator of who's service it is?
Do you pay a reseller? If so, are you now wanting to by-pass the reseller and pay for the service directly?
Maybe post the channel list and someone can then identify from there.

You could try downloading the developer tools off the fire store when you have it I think it's the second option down. it may give you the url of your server and the bitrate etc. On a side note do resellers have no shame the OP only wants to find out what server they are using and you dicks are trying to sell them a new service you should be embarrassed.
