IPTV working for a short amount of time

by Arturbucio

I recently bough another 3 months of iptv from a seller which worked pretty well for the 3 months i used it. I decided to buy another 3 months after my previous one ran out. This time, it seems to only work at random times during the day for a short amount of time, usually less than 2 hours per day. I have no idea what has caused this, i have not changed TVs or ISP or anything that i can think of that can possibly affect this. My sellers attempt at helping me has boiled down to "donno, restart your router again" If anyone can, please help.

So far i have;

-restarted router

-restarted TV

-deleted playlist and then re-added it

Have you contacted your service provider?

keepitallinthefamily

maybe a compromised account?
Ask them if you can change password .. see if that helps maybe.

turn off modem router for few minutes to ensure a new ip address is assigned ...try a wired connection directly from router to tv. also reboot your tv as well by turning it off for a few minutes then back on.

if still having problems log into the modem router and change your DNS to google DNS or opendns .. save then reboot router again.

still having problems .. go to the app in settings and force stop the app .. then click on clear cache.

now try the app again..

if still having problems try an app called iptv smarters .. it's a free app on android store.

also do some speed tests on your network to see if it's atleast 10mbps and higher...

also iptv is not 100% all the time .. it can be server issues their end and most iptv you deal with are resellers and have no control on servers until many people complain then they are rebooted at the source.

Also it's best to use an actual separate iptv box device than a tv as updates of android and play store in background of the tv can cause lag on the system which will affect iptv as well.

One more thing you always need to have two seperate iptv services ... never rely on one so I would get a free test off someone now and see if it works well ... if it does then you know for certain it's that other iptv's servers causing you problems
