busted helix still works better than other services out there. shame about the hack. but i would sign up with this guy again. super helpful and cordial with support tickets always too.

Same here my service is still working, even though it should be expired by now. Under the expiration day it says unlimited.

Helix still working here.... expiration date says "unlimited" lol. I did migrate to DarkMedia though

Whoever they're buying the channels from will pull the plug when they don't pay for the next term. Helix is hoping people getting something for nothing for a few weeks will be inspired to catch up to them when they resurface under a new name.

That said, it's down this morning.

My monthly sub should have run out but up until this morning I was getting service still....

This morning I couldn't access the portal, so assumed that was it, but now the service is back again.

What's the best alternative to Helix? Where is everyone migrating to after the hack...

Reporting at 12:21 PST helix is working some fhd channels are down but their back up regular bandwidth channels working fine.
