I use IPTV Extreme to record, however when I'm watching the recording I cannot fast forward; it will actually start over via external VLC. I switch to the internal player EXO but it has no option to fast forward.
Is there a setting I'm missing or player?
So I figured out what to use instead of the built-in player for playback. On my shield I use VLC which sees my external drive, and reads the recorded IPTV .ts file and I'm able to play, pause, rewind, and fast forward.
