Seems the website is back online, not to sure what else, payment gateways and logins don't seem to function yet.
Not sure if i stick or switch.. Edging towards switch based on the complete lack of communication this last 2 weeks..
However what do you guys thinks is going to happen going forward? given that the system is still up and we have been given unlimited subs. While the sub is free I'm gonna stay.

I see Videotron has been using Helix branding. Looks like the Helix IPTV guys missed their opportunity to trademark it first and sell it back to them for some cool cash.

Also not sure about website. No email, no payments set up and even spelt helix wrong a few times. No way am i logging in yet thats for sure!

is there any follow up to this? i myself am a helix customer and my sub was suppose to have expired but it is still up and running so i am not complaining enjoying their service but would like some information as to what happens now

Wow i had no idea. I was using helix for ages they was always so good and great customer service.. I just tried to get on there website and it wasnt loading done a search and found this sub..

I will never trust helix again , i left them after xtream went down and they started to mess up and moved to iptv007 , am happy with my current sub and hope it stays like this .
