There is not much to be uninstall anyway, but why do you need space for, Stick is for streaming only.
Might be worth using a custom rom or Or a pre rooted stock image
You should be able to through ADB but they will likely come back each update.
Troypoint.com has a tutorial on how to free up memory on a Firestick. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, put plan to in the next few days.

This method won't delete system apps but it will allow you to get rid of them on the home screen.

What you should do is buy a USB cable and add a thumb drive. I run one that’s given me an 32GB so no issues with space.
Good question. I noticed not a lot of helpful comments though. I have 3 firesticks and the 4k is my last I will buy because of all the bloatware.
