Problems with Smart TV

Hey there friends,
As the title suggests, I am currently having some problems with my Smart ipTV app that I have just installed on my Samsung Smart TV. I had to initially contact my subscriber because before, I had a Buzz TV where it's MAC address was registered with them (and according to my subscriber, I can only register and use one MAC address at a time).
After them giving me the new URL that will supposedly make my my TV work through the Smart ipTV app, the channel list loaded normally but it keeps on eventually giving me the message of "Cannot connect!" with 99% of my channels. I tried everything from my side (including uninstalling and reinstalling my app again) but nothing works. I am still waiting on my subscriber to respond to me.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

This has occurred also with several of my clients since we added VOD, it appears the file is too large for the TV to handle...subsequently having removed VOD from their Subscription it has worked since IPTV CO~OP

Morning dude,

I think I've seen similar before. When you setup the link on mysiptv against your Mac address tick the 'save online' option. I think it might be the amount of content maxing out the memory on your TV :) ....worth a shot anyway !

Make sure to delete the Mac address first also, before reuploading

I had the same problem the playlist is too long. You can try to upload the file to smarttv iptv but it will not play best way is to make a new playlist.

remove the vod and channels you don't need.

Maybe your provider gave you playlist that is not supported by your tv. I.e. UDP connection required. Like my provider has two playlists one mpegts and another hls. So I'm using mpegts for my lg webos

I personally do not recommend smart tv app .

I have iptv007 sub and for smart tv i use STB-EMU or Smarters IPTV best options .. Before you download smarters iptv ask your providers if they support it , not all providers support smarters
