I've been using NitroTV for over a year and I'm generally pretty happy with it, but I'm having a hard time nailing down where to go with issues, questions, down-for-everyone-or-just-me, etc.

The "official" Facebook groups keep changing, and after the last "official" group admin recommended switching to a different service and saying so in the pinned message, I realized I was just in a group (and probably had been in the past as well) a reseller put up.

Anyone know the social media info or webpage for Nitro itself and not a reseller?
