The app is down. the service is down. They took my money this month. All I know is I payed and I can't watch a thing
So the “New Years” maintenance line was bullshit? How about some transparency? What was information was accessed?

Update! We have been fighting nonstop with these so called “hackers” since Sunday night and they keep getting into the panel, we are going to do more security measures and report back here and no we are not going to let anyone bully us into giving them money, we are going to fight this.
Nuisance vermin these hackers have become (assuming they really exist). Best dealt with like any other rat - with a spiked bat to the head.

If you read their telegram announcement channel , which seems like nobody ever does when it contains IMPORTANT information . It states down for new years maintenance .

I have two accounts with dark media and I always get emails bud . Do you check your spam folder ? Or is that not count as email. Did you sign up thru a reseller ? These are all things that you didnt say in your comment. Just user error complaints .
They are a joke. Terrible customer service. My sub expired recently. Didn't get an email or invoice like I do for my other subs. So I asked why and was told it's up to me to keep track of my due date...
Now, before anyone says they agree with them, let me ask you this - how many of your regular bills (ie. credit card, cell phone, electric, etc.) require you to keep track of your due date? Isn't it common sense to send your customers an invoice to help ensure they keep paying you?
The admin of Dark Media is an asshole and lost my business because of his response to my simple question - why don't you send out invoice reminders? It's laziness IMO and should not be up to the customer to do his job.
I recommend going elsewhere. Every other provider that I've used sends out invoices. This guy can shove it!
And on top of all of this I'm currently using dark.media and it's working. Watching travel channel as we speak .
Dark Media app nearly bricked my android phone. Launched app, it disappeared rather than launching the app then had to force stop in order to uninstall. Be cautious.
