Yes it is available in the free version. I downloaded it from the web as my fire stick doesn’t have the play store but it should be the same from there. Or try this link https://apkplz.net/app/ar.tvplayer.tv With the pro version you can use multi screen, change the order of channels and other things that are an added bonus. Try the free version fist though to make sure it fixes it for you. I would set it to very high if you are having that many problems. Also as I said it does have a login with Xtream codes api, but for me it wouldn’t work and I had to use the m3u link. For you it may work but I can’t be 100% sure.

Are you not getting a good signal with the app and subscription you have? Is it the extream app you use? Have you paid for a sub? Give me more info and I'll try to help you out.
Most apps allow that. Smarters, Tivimate, Perfect Player, just of the top of my head. Not sure if it works, luckily I've got good internet :)

Yes to codes. Why would you use the free version? Makes no sense.
It’s worth a go as tivimate is free and it’s the best iptv app in my opinion. The buffer setting can be set to normal, high and very high.
Only thing better than 1 tivimate is multi screen tivimate. Good luck with your choice.
I use the paid version tivimate, the reason I paid is that I need the epg loaded automatically, and i love how it looks too
Have you tried GSEIptv app? I take it its an m3u file you use and not username and password? It could be the subscription mate. Try gseiptv and see if its any better, if not i will give you a test line to see if its any better. I have my own app that i give out with my subscriptions and it works fine with my subs.
