Gold is good just like express and Jio. They all provide same channels and quality are good too.

Personally, I found Express to be better. But thats because I like having more channels / content to choose from, as well as more channel feeds.
Gold has the best quality feeds for 2 channels: HUM TV Pakistan, and GEO TV Pakistan. Express cant seem to get a good HUMTV feed and the GEO feed is only for UK, while Gold has it for Pakistan. However Express has more Pak channels and the GEO UK feed is good quality and they have a clear USA feed too. Express also has best quality for ZEE & Colors , all Indian channels. They also have premium feeds which are nearly in 4K.
Otherwise Express is better in Pakistani content and Indian too. More Indian feeds and great quality. I got a Express subscription after simply 7 days of GOLD.
I thought Gold TV was banned in Canada? The ISPs are allowed to block it.
